I don't plan on posting after every meal, but this was an important test for me today. First meal of the first day.
At the beginning of today I weighed 179.7 pounds -- which is actually pretty good. But as I know too well, my body fat % is pretty high and that is what I am targeting.
Today for breakfast I had:
2 pieces of buttered wheat toast
scrambled eggs
1 glass of orange juice
