So, I don't consider myself fat, but I am most definitely out of shape. I am going to go out on a limb and say that I could definitely gain to lose a few percentage points of fat off of my body. Right now I am about 6 foot 1 and a quarter and my weight is.... (drum roll) ... I don't know because I can't use the weight machine because it's in my parent's bathroom.
Anyway, my goal is to lose some fat and gain muscle. The best way to do this is to diet and exercise. The best way to diet is to find out what I am eating and drinking and become accountable.

1 chicken breast with seasoning
1 baked potato w/sour cream
3 cans of pop
1 jumbo coke from the movies
1 nestle bunch of crunch
2 cookies
Tomorrow, July 20, 2010 I will eat:
Breakfast:
Scrambled Eggs
1 wheat toast w/butter
orange juice
Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich on wheat
green pepper slices
water
Dinner:
TBD
One thing is for sure, NO MORE POP!
